CBMI signed contract with Algeria BISKRIA Group(hereinafter BC), which is EPEC Contract of cement production line with  2 x 6000 t/d clinker. The follows attended the Contract Signature Ceremony, they are BC Chairman Mr. HOGGUI Mohamed Laid，BC Vice Chairman Mr. AMOURI Laroussi，CBMI Chairman Mr. Tong Laigou, Regional Manager Mr. Zhang Sicai, Marketing Department Manager Mr. Ma Aiguo, Marketing Department Vice Manager Mr. Yang Zhi , CBMI Algeria Branch Manger Mr. Gu Jinjun and Vice Manger Mr. Long Yakun etc. Advance Payment has been paid to CBMI in the end of Jan, 2016, which means the project entered in to the execution phase.

BISKRIA Project is invested by Algeria BISKRIA Cement Group, which located in BISRA city, the north east of the Algeria. The scope of work is from Limestone crushing to cement packing and shipment, including engineering, supply, erection, training and commissioning, the contract adopt EPEC pattern. The contract period for the first production line is 24 month for first batch of clinker since the Order of Commence by the employer, 26 month for first batch of cement, 30 month for Provisional Acceptance; the contract period for the second production line is 28 month for first batch of clinker since the Order of Commence by the employer, 30 month for first batch of cement, 34 month for Provisional Acceptance.

The launching of this project plays strategic importance for CBMI development in Algeria cement market. First of all, this project is the third cement project in Algeria executed by CBMI since ZAHAN project with GICA group and CILAS project with Lafarge.  And this project is 2 * 6000t/d clinker lines, which will have significant impact on the Algeria cement market pattern; Secondly, this project is invested totally by Algeria local private enterprise, which means further promoted influence by CBMI in Algeria market, and CBMI will establish tough foundation for further deepening local market, consolidating company and project regionalization.
